All pickup orders must be requested at time of placing the order and submitted 24 hours in advance, to give our warehouse sufficient time to process and pack orders. If we are sending your order to a PO/APO or FPO, these orders must be shipped via the US Postal Service (Postal Service can be delayed about 4 to 5 business days). If this is the case, please also inform us in the comments box.

EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE: If you are interested in UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select-please inform us in the comments box along with a way for us to contact you during business hours. We will contact you with the shipping and handling price for the service you request.

GUARANTEE :

If you are not satisfied with items you purchased, for whatever reason, please immediately call our office to arrange a settlement. Please have your TC Invoice Number ready and call us to get a Return Authorization Number within 7 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns will be rejected without liability. Unless it is proved to be manufacturer's fault, instead of improper use, worn or used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange. We will repair or replace manufacturer's defective merchandise, no charge.
Embroidered belts, t-shirts, Jungle Warrior, and Fast Strike uniforms are customized per order and are non-returnable. Videos and books can be only exchanged for the same title if defective.

PLEASE NOTE:

Products may vary slightly due to different shipments by the manufacturers.

Certain types of nunchakus and other weapons cannot be shipped to Canada nor to the states of California, Massachusetts, and New York. For other states and countries, please check your local regulations.

Martial Arts Mart advocates caution and courtesy in training and disclaims all liability from the use of our equipment. Please consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program.

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed in one business day for most merchandise and shipped via UPS ground. Please allow 4 to 10 working days for UPS ground delivery depending on your zone. U.S.Postal Service is available for Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories including APO; Delivery to a P.O.Box is available only to these locations. If you need or prefer U.S. Postal Service (Postal Service can be delayed about 4 to 5 business days) instead of UPS, then you MUST request this in our order form; State this preference in the comments box (field). If you desire faster delivery, please call us for a quote at 1-800-824-2433 (Example: a SINGLE item, 1-2 day USA delivery may cost $10 - $15). For one day delivery, you must call us before noon (12pm) EST (eastern standard time).
